Grass Finished Lamb
Our Sheep
At Rehoboth Farms our flock is composed of hair sheep, which means they never grow a wool coat (which could get pretty miserable in humid southern heat.) The sheep spend their entire lives on our pastures, sometimes with the cattle, sometimes on their own. They graze all year long and our lambs are fattened purely on high quality forage. No grain, no antibiotics, no added hormones or anything else you don't want in your meat. Sheep reach sexual maturity at around 5 months old, but are still considered lambs until after a year old. Our lambs go to slaughter between 8-12 months of age at 90-120lbs live weight.
The Process
Thanks for checking out our lamb! Our goal is to streamline to process of getting meat directly from your local farm as much as possible! All you have to do is pick your package, make a deposit, and then we will work with a local USDA inspected processor for all the butchering. After aging and packaging, we'll pick it up and give you a call to arrange delivery or pickup from our location in West Mobile!



Our Packages:
We understand the cuts of lamb can be confusing, so we offer several different packages to make it easy for you! The Grill Master includes more chops and boneless cuts (and lots of extra burger!) that are perfect for searing over the coals. The Roast Chef features more whole muscle groups and bone in cuts to better showcase the flavor. Can't make up your mind or just want a little extra? The Everything bundle is a whole lamb and lets you experience the best of both worlds! We do ask for a $100 deposit on all whole or half lamb orders. We also have individual cuts avaliable at our pickup location, 2700 Newman Rd,
