Our Story

Rehoboth Farms began in 1994.The cows were the first livestock on the farm, starting with longhorns in early years and slowly transitioning to angus and eventually the devons you see today. Over the years we’ve had horses, chickens, and baled hay on the land. For most of our existence, we have been a cow/calf operation, with the occasional steer finished out on the pasture for personal consumption. From day one, we've had a commitment to responsibly caring for the health of our pastures. We had a management shift in the fall of 2023 when we saw the resurgence of folks wanting to know where their food comes from, but quickly realized the difficulty of finding quality meat that people know is raised sustainably and provides quality nutrition for their families. From that point on we began to transition from strictly a cow/calf operation to using our pastures to finish out beef to feed our community. Through that process we have been learning and implementing more regenerative practices, managing for the health of the land like God intended. The sheep were new in 2024 starting with a flock of 13 in the spring. They've been a wonderful addition to the farm, bringing much joy and many benefits to the pastures. We are excited and expectant to see what comes next as we turn a new page here at Rehoboth. We hope you'll join us!
